Refund and Return Policy

Return Eligibility

    Timeframe: 30 days from delivery date.
    Condition: Unopened, original packaging, with all tags/labels intact.
    Non-Returnable Items:
    • Food, flowers, newspapers
    • Hygiene products (underwear, masks, etc.)
    • Digital downloads, gift cards, health products

    Refund Process

    1. Log in → Go to “My Orders” → Select “Return Request”.
    2. Submit reason + photos (if needed).
    3. Receive return label & address after approval.
    4. Ship item (customer covers shipping costs unless item is defective).
    5. Refund processed within 3–5 business days after receipt.

    Note: Refunds return to original payment method. Processing time varies by bank (typically 5–10 business days).

    Exceptions

    • Defective/Incorrect Items: We cover return shipping + full refund.
    • Sale/Outlet Items: Non-refundable (only eligible for exchange).
    • Expired Requests: Returns >30 days will be rejected.
