1. Can products be customized?

Yes! All our dry cabinets and environmental chambers can be fully customized to meet your exact requirements—including technical specifications, internal capacity, construction materials (e.g., SUS304 stainless steel), and advanced features such as nitrogen (N₂) purge, heating systems, and data logging capabilities.

2. What is the lead time?

  • Standard models: 5–10 working days
  • Custom configurations: 15–30 working days

Lead times may vary slightly depending on order volume and component availability.

3. What trade terms do you support?

We offer flexible shipping terms under Incoterms® 2020:

  • EXW (Ex-Works): You arrange pickup from our facility in Hangzhou.
  • FOB (Free On Board): We deliver to the port; you manage international freight.
  • CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight): We cover shipping and insurance to your destination port.
  • DAP (Delivered At Place): We deliver to your specified address. You handle import clearance, duties, VAT, and unloading.
  • DDP (Delivered Duty Paid): Available upon request—includes all costs, duties, and taxes for true door-to-door delivery.

Note: DDU is no longer used in Incoterms® 2020; DAP is the current standard. Import duties and local taxes are excluded unless DDP is selected.

4. How are shipping costs and taxes handled?

Shipping costs are calculated based on product dimensions, weight, destination, and chosen transport method (sea, air, rail, or express).

Unless DDP terms are selected, import duties, VAT, GST, or other local taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. A full cost breakdown will be provided in your official quotation.

5. What shipping methods are available?

We support multiple logistics options to suit your needs:

  • Ocean freight (LCL / FCL)
  • Air cargo
  • Rail transport (e.g., China–Europe Railway)
  • International express couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.)
  • Custom logistics solutions available upon request

6. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following secure payment options:

  • Bank Transfer (T/T): 100% advance payment via SWIFT, FAST, MEPS, GIRO, or ACH
  • Online Payment:
    • PayPal
    • Credit/debit cards processed securely through PayPal (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
  • Letter of Credit (L/C): Irrevocable L/C at sight, accepted for large-volume orders

Note: Online payments (PayPal & cards) are available for orders under USD 500 shipped via express courier.
